Price Promise Terms & Conditions

To qualify for our 10-Day Price Promise:
  • The claim must be submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be identical in every material respect, including brand, model, style, colour, size and manufacturer product code (where applicable).
  • The competitor must be a UK-based retailer selling directly to consumers.
  • The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery at the advertised price at the time the claim is reviewed.
  • The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers.
  • Where delivery charges or other mandatory fees apply, the comparison will be based on the total purchase price, including those charges.
  • We reserve the right to verify all pricing information before approving a claim and may request additional information where necessary.
  • If a claim is approved, GolfGarb will refund or credit the price difference and provide an additional GolfGarb Credit equal to 10% of the price difference.
The Price Promise does not apply to:
  • Marketplace sellers, including Amazon Marketplace, eBay and similar third-party selling platforms.
  • Clearance, liquidation, closing-down or end-of-season sales.
  • Auction websites or bidding platforms.
  • Pricing errors, misprints or obvious technical pricing mistakes.
  • Employee, trade, staff, membership or loyalty discounts.
  • Promotional voucher codes, cashback offers, multi-buy promotions, bundle offers or gift-with-purchase promotions.
  • Products sold outside the United Kingdom.
  • Special-order, customised or made-to-order products.
  • Limited-quantity promotions, flash sales or time-limited offers.
  • Competitor pricing available only through membership schemes or subscription programmes.
We aim to review all claims fairly and promptly, and our decision on eligibility will be final.
GolfGarb reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Price Promise at any time without prior notice.
