We launched our family-run business in 2006 from small premises in the South West driven by the desire to create an online shopping experience that offered a wide range of well-respected golf clothing brands for our customers, underpinned with exceptional customer service.

Our intention from the very beginning has always been to offer our customers a high-quality shopping experience that is as close as possible to shopping in-store as it can be online. We invest huge amounts of time and resources into ensuring that the product imagery and descriptions bring the clothing to life on screen. We only display garments on our website that are in stock and available for immediate despatch – so there’s no hanging around for weeks on end for your delivery to arrive.

We work closely with every brand to hand-pick the collections that we stock and have a depth of expertise as to what the ranges have to offer - knowledge that we love to share with our customers so if you have any questions please get in touch via email, phone or our online Chat.

Over the years we have expanded into one of the largest online golf retail sites selling ladies clothing and operate from a substantial warehouse on the Somerset-Wiltshire borders, just outside the beautiful city of Bath. We may have grown in size, but we still respect those original fundamental principles that inform all of our decisions. Straightforward Returns Policy: We want our customers to be happy but we know that it can sometimes be tricky ordering something online that you haven’t tried on. Therefore, we offer a 30-day, no quibble returns policy. For more information click here.

Fast Despatch Time: We offer several types of delivery, including a free service. Although this officially takes up to five days to arrive, we always aim to despatch your order the same day, especially if placed before 3pm. See our Delivery Information page for more details.

Clear Communication: We send you order and despatch confirmation emails to keep you up-to-date including tracking details. We also aim to respond to phone calls and emails within a working day.

Accurate product descriptions and photographs: We take great care to describe the products as fully as we can and use multiple images that we shoot ourselves, to ensure a consistent and accurate representation of our clothing.

Regular Stock Replenishment: We re-stock regularly and aim to keep up with current trends. We also buy many sizes that are often hard to find. If there is anything you would like us to stock that we don’t currently offer in our ranges then please email us your thoughts – your feedback is important to us.

Ultra-secure Internet Ordering: Our order processing systems are protected with up-to-date anti-virus software and we do not keep your bank details.
