**We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought from 27 October can be returned up until 15 January 2025**
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we realise that isn’t always the case. Therefore we are delighted to offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy to ensure you are happy with your order and our service.
- Returned items must include the original labels and packaging and be in a new and unused state, fit for resale
- Please take care when trying items on with makeup and other items that can mark, returned items will be refused if marked
- Items that are split such as packs of socks, missing tags or marked in any way will not be accepted
- Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable
- In the event that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately
- Your Statutory rights are not affected

UK Returns & Exchanges
You can return your GolfGarb order for FREE via one of 10,500 Post Offices.
STEP 1: Please complete the returns section of the delivery note enclosed with your order ensuring that you fill in all relevant information. If you no longer have your delivery note then please enclose a separate piece of paper detailing your order number, details of the item(s) being returned and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Enclose your completed form with your parcel so that we can identify it once we receive it. An incomplete or missing form will delay the processing of your return.
STEP 2: Follow this Create Label link to create your Royal Mail freepost returns label.
You will receive an email from the Royal Mail with your label which you can either download and print at home OR alternatively, you can show a copy of the email with the QR code on your phone to the Post Office and they will print the returns label for you.
Please note: it can take up to 20 minutes for your Royal Mail label to appear in your inbox.
STEP 3: Obtain a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office in order that your parcel can be traced in the event of it going astray. Returned packages remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Please allow 7 working days for us to process the return. We will notify you by email once it has been completed.
Please note that only orders that meet the following conditions may be returned using Royal Mail Tracked Returns:
• Returned parcels must have specific dimensions no larger than 61cm L x 46cm W x 46cm D
• Do not affix the Royal Mail returns label to the product packaging (shoe boxes etc.)
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please tick the 'Exchange' box on your returns form and indicate which alternative item you would like.
If your preferred item appears to be unavailable please still indicate what you would like and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.
Should your desired exchange item be more expensive then we will contact you for additional payment.

International Returns
International customers have 30 days from their order date to return unused items and with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
Please note that we cannot offer free international returns.
All returns will be refunded, we are unable to exchange items, please place a new order.
Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products and does not include refunding duties, taxes and fees, this will need to be reclaimed from your local customs office. Incurred fees for duty or processing fees will be deducted from any refunds due.
We strongly recommend you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
Please ensure this message is clearly visible on the exterior of the package: "Returned Goods - Failed Sale".
